Flora Hoi An Lantern Town

The Beautiful Double Room featured a super spacious layout with extraordinarily comfy beds, cozy for relaxation. I loved the bathroom with its powerful shower and consistently hot water. The complimentary coffee and tea options available throughout the day were a fantastic touch, as was the breakfast menu offering freshly made eggs. Staff, especially Sunny and Cherry, were excellent. They provided really good service, accommodating requests and giving local tips that enhanced my visit. I encountered a major inconvenience regarding the limited sun loungers by the pool. During peak hours, it was hard to find a comfortable spot to relax. While the breakfast options were enjoyable, I would have appreciated more local choices to immerse in the culinary culture. The hotel had fantastic components but could improve on certain amenities to enhance the experience further.

We really enjoyed this small hotel, nothing to complain about. The rooms were spotless and brand-new, included a minibar, television with satellite channels, and climate control. The location was quiet and great in the middle of Hoi An.

My stay was for a short visit to explore the charm of Hoi An, particularly the nearby Ancient Town and its vibrant culture. The rooms right by the pool were fabulous, and the cleanliness was consistently impressive. I really appreciated being able to extend my stay last minute for a late checkout, which allowed me to enjoy some extra time by the pool and take in more of the local attractions. Plus, the bikes offered at the hotel made it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings at my own pace.

I had to change rooms unexpectedly due to an extension, a major inconvenience. I also found the limited sun loungers by the pool frustrating. There was not sufficient space for more. Breakfast options really fell short. I would have loved to see more authentic Vietnamese fare like xoi to appreciate the local culture.

Really good Service and Spacious Rooms

The staff really stood out, especially Lee and Hannah, who were helpful in arranging my tours and giving great recommendations about the local cuisine. My room was spacious with a lovely shower that had great pressure. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee station and the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel. The wifi could definitely use some improvement, as it tended to cut out frequently .

The staff were cute and offered great local recommendations. The bicycle rental was a highlight, awesome for an enjoyable ride through the scenic surroundings. Being quite a distance from the ancient town makes walking there inconvenient, especially in the heat. Some amenities, like the pool loungers, were limited, often making it difficult to relax by the water during peak hours.

This hotel was fantastic as it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bedroom was stylish and lovely, and the location was wonderful right in the heart of the city.
